We are looking for a high-reaching, proactive Client Success Manager who is passionate about the mobile advertising world. This person will support the Client Success Management team by owning client relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and trading desks, as well as facilitating internal communication across teams to continue driving success for current customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for client retention and satisfaction through developing and cultivating long-term relationships with partners by offering white glove customer service to media agencies, advertisers, and trading desks
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams to help deliver strong campaign results and funnel client feedback and intel as it relates to overall client needs to drive repeat business
  • Become the mobile advertising expert, acting as an advisor to properly service clients and the Account Executive team by proactively offering recommendations and solutions as it pertains to the success of campaigns and overarching industry benchmarks, measurements, and expectations
  • Analyze data and trends to draw valuable insights in order to report back on the success of existing campaigns and make strategic recommendations for future media buys
  • Collaborate to resolve campaign performance issues using best practices and supporting resources, while creating innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our clients
  • Take a consultative approach to onboard and support self-service and managed service clients to our platform
  • You will report directly into the North American Manager and support business out of our Toronto office


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2-5 years prior work experience or very strong internships in media, advertising, marketing, and/or digital buying/planning/strategy
  • Programmatic knowledge, agency experience, or publisher experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; campaign management experience a plus
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
  • Excellent with numbers and a strong eye for detail; data driven
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SalesForce
  • Knowledge of key industry leading fraud, quality KPIs and ad serving partners is a plus
