Sr. Account Executive, Pay-Per-Call

Who you are:
Position is open to candidates in the Los Angeles area.
As an account manager, pay per call, you will work closely with the affiliate manager and senior director to build and maintain relationships with our network of advertisers. You will need to understand the specific marketing needs of key clients and work with the affiliate manager optimizing our current portfolio of affiliate publishers to fill those needs.
This is full time position with a competitive base salary. Working some weekends and/or evenings may be required. Occasional travel to trade shows and client meetings will be required.
You key responsibilities will be:
-Developing relationships with key clients and ensuring that we meet or exceed their expectations.
-Setting up affiliate offers in our platform reviewing setup with other team members prior to launch
-Analyzing sales data and lead quality results with clients and negotiating lead price points on our behalf.
-Onboarding new advertisers, getting their paperwork and billing information squared away
and filed.
-Listening to publisher driven phone calls to monitor for fraud, compliance, and overall quality. Addressing all client concerns with lead quality.
-Acting as a subject matter expert to clients to expand relationships and increase the number of pay per call offers they are running and overall volume.
-Building and maintaining an intimate knowledge of industry developments to spot trends and opportunities.
-Promoting and marketing the company and representative at conferences and business meetings across the US as well as online.
-Handling inbound sales inquiries and determining if they are a good fit for the company.

-Excellent communication skills, verbal skills, writing skills.
-Working knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry.
-Ability to separate the good clients from the clients we cannot service, both in terms of revenue potential and success rate.
-Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask effectively and manage timelines.
-Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferred a huge plus.
-Comfortable dealing with unexpected situations and requests.

Education and Experience:
-Experience in sales, particularly business to business
-Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented entrepreneurial environment
-Post-secondary education in business, commerce or marketing
-Online marketing, mobile or advertising experience an asset
-Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, including excel, as well as the internet and cloud based software like gmail and google docs.
