Position Description:
The Advertiser Representative will be responsible for identifying and establishing new consumer-based advertiser accounts, developing online advertising campaigns and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be adept at prospecting, negotiating, communicating and managing accounts in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
 Recruit new advertisers through research, referrals and networking events
 Manage new and existing advertiser relationships
 Manage tests, contracts, deliverables and transmission reports for advertising marketing campaigns
 Analyze, interpret and project campaign results across various digital marketing channels, including proactively monitoring traffic sources on all campaigns, making recommendations and developing solution-oriented strategies that optimize areas of opportunity and drive profitability
 Develop campaigns and plan around the strategic growth of current top-branded clients, including:
 Overall lead volume growth
 Payout Structure and Optimization: CPA, CPC, CPM
 Scheduling ongoing, proactive, strategic calls with each account to evaluate performance
 Tracking and applying strategy to maximize profitability on campaigns under management
 Managing and implementing “Best Practices” compliance for each account as necessary
 Analyze and resolve diverse, complex issues through an in-depth knowledge of database tracking products and technical interfaces
 Leverage advertiser portfolios internally and organize activities and resources between cross-functional teams, including sales, affiliate, technical, finance and executive management
 Serve as client’s central point-of- contact for any incidents and coordinate solution
 Administer contracts and assist accounting department in managing advertiser collections
 Collaborate with affiliate team to achieve best results across all digital marketing channels
 Manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth
 Identify new growth and optimization opportunities to enhance advertiser marketing program
Education and Experience:

Preferred qualifications include:
 University degree in industry-related field (i.e.: Marketing, Advertising, Business, etc.)
 2+ years experience in digital advertising and online media
 Experience negotiating campaigns on a CPM, CPC and CPA basis
 Experience managing advertiser/client relationships
 Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
 Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships
