Affiliate Account Manager

Job Requirements:

· 1-2 years in affiliate marketing account management experience required.

· Experience in finance, legal, travel, home services, fields are a plus.

· Experience with digital marketing campaigns & traffic driving methods. 

· Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

· Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

· We are looking for someone who is a problem solver and critical thinker.

· Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

· Detailed understanding of online advertising pricing models including CPC, CPM, CPA, and CPI.  

 

Responsibilities:

· Day to day contact (Skype, email, phone) & managing current vendors.

· Manage the day-to-day of advertisers’ accounts with a focus on driving high performance at scale.  

· Going thru the onboarding process with new vendors.

· Discovering advertisers needs and providing targeted traffic for their offers.

· Daily reporting using our call tracking platform to ensure profitability and successful ROI.

· Reconcile client campaign statistics on a monthly basis to ensure accurate billing.  

· Closely monitor quality assurance measures to avoid fraud, malfeasance and ensure performance is consistent with client expectations

 · Negotiate and strategize with clientele on new campaign opportunities.  

· New business prospecting.

· Answering vendors potential questions and follow-up call questions.
