Customer Retention Specialist

We are a fun, focused, fast growing tech company in Boulder, Colorado changing the way people sell clothing on Amazon. Quickly becoming an industry leader and the go-to solution for print on demand sellers, We are looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join our fast-paced team!
Are you conversational, organized, and a self starter? Do you love talking to people and figuring out how they “tick”?
We are looking for an experienced churn specialist to take the lead on creating new customer journeys, track performance, forecast retention and ensure that customers derive the maximum value to reach their goals.
What You’ll Do:

• Analyze data/ prepare internal reports to articulate trends and recommend improvements to help drive business decisions.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Product Services to create a positive customer journey that excites customers, improves customer satisfaction, inspires customer advocacy and guides account growth.
• Provide customer feedback to Product Management and propose opportunities to improve product features/capabilities.
• Use data to track performance, forecast retention, and create customer insight
• Deliver strategic guidance and tactical product recommendations to ensure customer success is achieved
• Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in the SaaS services we offer, utilize all services, identify new opportunities, ensure renewal and collaborate with other teams to ensure growth attainment
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map solutions and associated business benefits to address their needs
• Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates, growth opportunities and translate these into customer success strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience

What You Need To Have:
• You love a challenge
• Proven ability to craft email funnels to reduce churn
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to prepare clear and concise documents
• You are comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of key industry tools such as Stripe, Profitwell, Baremetrics a plus
