We are in the process of launching, and will have a “start-up” feel as we build everything from marketing strategy to technological platforms from the ground up.

The Position

This is a full time position working closely with the CEO. The data analyst primary objective is turning project requirements into custom-formatted data reports. The idea candidate for this position is able to do complete lifecycle data generation and outline critical information for each stakeholder. We also need someone who is able to analyze business procedures and recommend specific types of data that can be used to improve upon them while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the Adult Sexual Wellness Industry.

Compensation commensurate on experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with large amounts of data: facts, figures and number crunching
• Analyze data to find conclusions
• Critical thinking
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
• Help develop reports and analysis from single or multiple systems
• Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
• Manage master data, including creation, updates and deletion
• Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets
• Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining and data cleansing
• Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Work experience as a data analyst or in related field
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and analytics
• High experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
