We are in the process of launching, and will have a “start-up” feel as we build everything from marketing strategy to technological platforms from the ground up.

The Position

This is a full time position working closely with the CEO. The digital media buyer’s objective is to purchase digital advertising space in online outlets such as Facebook, Instagram and Google while maintaining ROI goals. The media buyer must be able to understand the the needs, wants and research what media is available in the markets afforded by the budget. Analytical thinking, communication, persuasion and research abilities are instrumental to success while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the Adult Sexual Wellness Industry.

Compensation commensurate on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit skills in sales, communication, design and research
  • Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
  • Primary owner of campaign trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and reporting
  • Create and monitor advertising campaigns across various channels including Facebook, Twitter, Linked, Pinterest and Snapchat
  • Recommending, implementing and reporting optimization recommendations for performance improvement
  • Monitoring daily campaign pacing and performance to exceed client KPIs and expectations
  • Ensure proper internal tools are utilized for lifecycle of campaign from flawless launch through timely billing.
  • Managing internal and external communication during all phases of an active campaigns lifecycle.
  • Actualize and claim spend on the monthly basis and work with the finance team on delivering invoices when needed.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of direct digital experience required; experience working in a media planning or buying position
  • Highly skilled in buying online advertising via ppc, cpm and cpc pricing
  • Intermediate Excel skills is must
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
