Digital Media Campaign Manager

We are looking to hire a highly motivated, intelligent, creative, and analytical individuals. This individual must have their finger on the pulse of Social Media as this is where they will be advertising. Industry experience is not required and we are willing to train individuals with the right qualities.
Desired Skills & Experience
POSITION DETAILS:
• Create, maintain and grow large scale Pay-Per-Click Social Media campaigns
• Identify the best target audiences, placements, and geo-targeting strategies to ensure campaigns are fully optimized.
• Analyze your campaigns and associated metrics on a daily basis to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with the design team to create high performing creative materials for mobile and desktop placement ads.
• Identify trends & new opportunities in social media buying by performing market research.
REQUIREMENTS:
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred
• Strong understanding of Social Media and it’s users
• Strong proficiency with computers.
• Willingness to work from home at odd hours and some weekends in order to manage campaigns.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a small team environment.
• High attention to detail, a strong analytical mind & a basic understanding of basic statistics is must.
• Creative talent to think of new and out of the box ads.
