DIRECTOR OF PARTNER MARKETING

Company is seeking an outgoing, intelligent, and organized Director of Partner Marketing to join our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office. This is a full-time position. As Director of Partner Marketing, you will be part of our lead generation division and will oversee our data lead and inbound call sourcing efforts – managing existing relationships, developing new partnerships, tracking campaign performance and optimizing partners for both quality and profitability.

Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, methodical, quick learners, team players, possess great communication and negotiation skills, and have at least four years of experience in digital marketing, with at least two years in lead generation. Applicants must be motivated, professional and have excellent time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must as data will be analyzed for information regarding industry trends, optimization of campaigns and scaling of volume to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and evaluate potential partners
  • Negotiate deal points and terms during contracting phase
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships
  • Regularly update bids/pricing to maximize both profit and quality
  • Project manage technical integration and on-boarding process
  • Act as main point of contact for partners
  • Provide guidance regarding specific tasks and inquiries from team members
  • Audit, review and analyze reports for accuracy and potential optimizations
  • Recommend campaign optimizations to meet objectives and performance goals
  • Maintain level of familiarity with all aspects of accounts – including marketing methods
  • Ensure partner compliance and adherence to specified requirements
  • Conduct research on industry and market trends
  • Uphold and execute compliance documentation and procedures
  • Attend conferences and events to recruit new partners and meet with existing partners

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree from 4-year university required
  • Minimum 4 years of digital marketing and lead generation experience is required
  • Familiarity with insurance and financial service industries is preferred
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge is a plus
  • Strong sales & account management abilities
  • Excellent project management skills
