Search Marketing Manager

We are looking for a skilled, passionate Director of Search Marketing who wants to work at a new age firm! You will work in conjunction with the team to research, build, manage and optimize a wide array of digital channels including SEM, retargeting, paid search, click-to-call, and more. This is a unique opportunity to manage multiple paid online channels with multi-millions of dollars of annual spend and also interact with clients to provide strategic guidance and account management.

This is a full-time position.

Job Details:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate leads from paid and organic traffic- with paid being the main driver.
  • Maintain profitable ROI Strategies using Google AdWords, Bing Search, Facebook and other paid digital advertising strategies
  • Implement bid and budget management, ad copy writing and keyword research and build-outs
  • Pull analytics and generate performance reports (performance reports, click-through rates, roas, cost per acquisition etc.)
  • Manage campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Facebook
  • Track and report budget pacing, account performance and project tasks to internal team and clientele
  • Report and communicate with clients on a consistent basis to provide strategic insight and reporting
  • Assist in competitive research and analysis and facilitating A/B tests to support development and concepting of new ideas
  • Maintain a keen understanding of trends affecting clients and our industry, and make recommendations regarding strategies surrounding them
  • Recommend and maintain efficient processes and workflow controls

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years of Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Content Management, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing are a must
  • Click-to-call campaign management experience a plus
  • Success managing paid media programs and large scale budgets
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and funnel analysis/optimization
  • Must have Account Management experience and ability to clearly communicate strategic insights with clientele
  • Data driven and able to perform rigorous campaign, website and a/b testing analysis, etc.
  • Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
  • Must be Adwords certified and have strong Adwords experience and knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics and related tracking/analytics services
  • Familiarity with website content management systems
  • Demonstrated project management experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Must be able to work full time
