What You’ll Do

As a Mail Operations Associate, Campaigns reporting to the General Manager of Mail Operations, you are deeply organized and operationally minded. You’ll manage the flow of hundreds of advertising campaigns and have a direct hand in the success of a growing business.

You will be responsible for the daily management of our database of active offers, including

Working with our Network Management team to onboard new offers.

• Ensuring campaign assets are proofed and standardized prior to launch
• Monitoring each offer tested and document the disposition of each offer at the conclusion of each test
• Working cross-functionally to ensure that all available are tested, and communicate with Operations as to status of offers available for production and Network Management as to status of untested offers
• Developing measurement protocol and standards around offer performance, velocity of offers through the pipeline, and rate of offers approved for production, amongst other things

You will proactively think about improving how things are done.

You will be an independent contributor and work somewhat autonomously, and you should expect that you will often work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, specifically in network management or offer management
• Comfort with standard technology related to digital marketing: Spreadsheets, Linux, FTP & Shared Drives, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with SQL and the desire to learn more
• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Excellent communication skills
• Superlative time management skills and the ability to adapt to a changing schedule
• The ability to work off-business hours and weekends
• Experience in working with remote teams, including offshore teams, is a plus
