Job Overview:

COMPANY CONFIDENTIAL is looking for a Partnerships Associate to join the award-winning Partnerships team in our Rochelle Park, NJ Office. The Partnerships team is responsible for developing value-driven relationships with online retailers as well as affiliate network and agency partners. The Partnerships team works with some of the biggest brands in the US including Amazon, eBay, Marriott, Macy’s, and Disney and rely on the Partnerships Associates to maintain client relationships while helping to bring American shoppers the best money-saving deals on the internet.

The successful applicant should have a strong interest in the US e-commerce and retail markets. They should be motivated with a go-getter attitude, eager to join a busy team. A key part of this role will be making sure that the offers presented to members are market-leading, relevant and enticing enough to influence a member to make a purchase. We are looking for people who are self-motivated, able to quickly solve problems and can provide the highest level of service to clients and industry partners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and maintain existing relationships with clients and partners via daily phone, email and video interactions
  • Understand client objectives and develop strategic optimization plans for onsite advertisements
  • Analyze promotional performance via proprietary data insights software. Report and present on results both internally and externally
  • Help manage and maintain client programs and promotional campaigns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create and manage a healthy opportunity pipeline based on your portfolio and accurately forecast monthly tenancy targets
  • Represent COMPANY CONFIDENTIAL at select regional industry conferences and events

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic approach to work. Self-motivation and pro-activity a must
  • Experience in Partnership Development, Sales or Customer Service-related field desired
  • Affiliate marketing experience is a bonus!
  • Strong communication skills are critical in this role, both written and oral
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think out of the box
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize workload including a large portfolio of client accounts
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize proprietary software to manage client programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Honest with a sense of fair play

This is a full-time salaried position.
