Job Description

  • Portfolio Management
    • Handling day to day management of direct advertiser and build strong relationship with them
    • Perform planning, analysis and reporting of all advertisers’ activities to optimise performance
    • Conduct due diligence on promotion methods and competition
    • Assisting with campaign management & set up, creatives, media types, ROI goals and budgets
    • Identify client’s challenges, business needs and objectives to structure proposals
  • New Business Generation
    • Generate new business leads and opportunities through emails, cold-calling, networking, etc
    • Identify, develop, and execute new strategies for business growth
    • Prepare sales pitches and proposals, and follow up with leads
    • Develops and refines negotiation and pitching strategies by keeping up to date with best practices
  • Networking and Events Representation
    • Maintaining the highest level of customer service
    • Networking and professionally represent our company among peers in the performance marketing industry, and trade shows and conferences


  • Years of experience
    • 1 – 2 years of experience as an Business Development Manager in the relevant vertical (2 – 4 years of general work experience)
  • Skills/Experience Required:
    • Exceptional and effective verbal and communication skills
    • Active listener and effective communicator
    • A proven portfolio of legacy relationships with direct advertisers of the relevant vertical
    • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales expectations
    • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint/Keynote and Google Suite
