3 Little Birds Interactive exists to bridge the  gap in the Internet marketing industry between  companies, and people looking for better opportunities. The response from the online community has been overwhelmingly positive and welcoming! We have worked with and continue to work with some of the best companies in the industry. Nevertheless, as with anything new and different,  there will always some push-back from those who don’t understand the value add. So, I decided to write a blog to clarify exactly what types of service we provide and why you should utilize it! Below I’ve summarized why you should work with a company like 3 Little Birds and divided the audience into 3 categories; the job seeker, the company, and the open minded professional.

Job Seekers – You should use  3 Little Birds because we have our pulse on the online media job market. We know who is hiring, what they’re hiring for, and which skill set required  for a particular job. You can be sure that all the current companies we represent are reputable and respected. We provide counseling and coaching for those who need it, and while we can’t promise that we’ll find you something right away, we are  always on the lookout  for any jobs on the market that could be a match for you!

Companies –  There are many justifications for why you should use us, but I will keep it to 3 key reasons. The first is that we, like you, work on a performance basis. We only charge you if you hire one of our candidates (not to mention we charge less than half of what other staffing agencies do!)  3lb also has massive reach via our social network and proprietary groups on Linkedin and Facebook and a database of 1000s of online marketing professionals.
